Survivorsupport Anonymous is solution focused and is not only about speaking of our past experience, but more importantly looks at how we can heal and move forward. To help us do this we follow the 12 steps of the program as outlined on the next page. We do this with compassion, patience and understanding

The only requirement of SSA is the desire to heal after abuse. When you first come there is no pressure to share or take part. Everything is taken at your own pace, in fact building trust in the group is encouraged. We take weekly tasks while working through our 12 steps and support each other with compassion and without judgement. We avoid triggering language and we value the confidentiality of all members to provide a safe place for healing to begin.

Survivor Support Anonymous is a peer led non-profit organisation. We meet weekly to offer group support in our road to healing after the affects of abuse in our lives. By working through the 12 steps we encourage each other to be the best versions of ourselves we can be. We do this by dealing with the trauma while also focusing on letting go and moving forward to have the fulfilling life we deserve.

Meeting are currently held every Wednesday evening 7-9pm and Tuesday mornings 10am-12pm in Limerick City Centre
